Founded in September 2025 in Kampala, Uganda, Talent Search Initiative (TSI) is dedicated to discovering, empowering, and promoting talents across all sectors. We foster creativity, innovation, and sustainable livelihoods for young people.
At Talent Search Initiative Uganda, we believe every young person has unique abilities waiting to be discovered. Our mission is to create pathways for talented youth in Kampala and across Uganda to develop their skills, gain professional training, connect with mentors, and access platforms where they can showcase their abilities to the world. Whether you excel in music, dance, visual arts, public speaking, sports, or any creative field, TSI provides the support and opportunities you need to transform your passion into a sustainable career.
We identify hidden gems through our talent identification programs and community outreach initiatives across Uganda. Our scouts work in schools, communities, and events to find exceptional young talents who deserve a platform.
We provide professional training, mentorship, and development programs to refine raw talent. Our experienced coaches and industry professionals guide young talents through workshops, masterclasses, and one-on-one mentorship sessions.
We create platforms, events, and opportunities for talents to shine before the world. From talent competitions to exhibitions and performances, we ensure our members get the visibility they deserve to launch successful careers.
