Talent Search Initiative (TSI) was founded on September 3, 2025, in Kampala, Uganda, with a burning desire to bridge the gap between raw potential and professional success.
We believe that every young person possesses a unique gift that, if properly nurtured, can become a vehicle for both personal success and national development.
